About Us

In 1989, Sherrie came to Dallas. She opened her solo law practice the following year. Sherrie's practice consists of mediation, estate planning, and general civil litigation which has included the following areas of law: contracts, family, juvenile, probate, and real estate. Sherrie began closing real estate transactions in 1990. Gay, who is not an attorney, joined her mother in 1993 as her escrow officer. After the primary focus of law practice turned to closing real estate transaction, Estella Gutierrez joined the team. In 1998, Sherrie became affiliated with Stewart Title North Texas, Inc. and moved offices to their current location where Tim Cameron came on as office manage and Clare Howard as shipper.

Clients of this office include realtors, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, and individuals who are selling "by owner". Transactions include closing commercial and residential leases, purchases, refinance of existing mortgages, and home equity loans.
